Is this possible? To create a shared list that fully "syncs" with the individuals native task list? I'm not sure why it would work perfectly fine for one user but not the other. Tasks tab in Outlook and clicking on the shared list from To-Do. However, the other user can only view those tasks by opening the The user that created the list has all tasks showing up in their individual list, including tasks added by the other user. Most recently we created a shared list within Microsoft To-Do. Instead of having to open up the Tasks tab and click on a shared list. The end goal is to have Outlook open and on the Mail tab with the "To-Do Bar" enabled and showing Tasks on the right. The issue is that we cannot get the shared tasks to appear in both users' individual to-do list.
